Does anyone else have brake trouble with there yaki ZX6 G2 ? Heavy Vibrations and very spungy brakes! ?? Help |

Hi have you made sure the discs arent warped? Take the calipers off and give them a really good clean make the piston comes out and give them a good clean. Bleed them through a couple of times. If all that doesnt work the calipers might need a total overhall and some new braded hoses should work. |

At a rough guess i would say the slider pins in the rubber bush's are siezed and need cleening and greasing |

I had the same on my zx6 f1. I put new piston in master cylinder, but only a little better. But was told to change the steel lines, with splitter, with twin lines from master direct to callipers. A lot better. It's always better when I leave the bike in the garage and use a cable tie to hold the front brake lever in to let it bleed itself. Works every time. |
