BLAST! My hope of getting my ZL600 running soon have been thwarted by a 8'' ( 200mm ) hose, part no.390621179 and no longer stocked by K uk. It is one of 2 which connect the thermostat to the head and I assumed a trawl round various pipe and hose suppliers would turn up something flexible and narrow enough. Wrong. Does anyone know how to source something no thicker than 4mm ( to fit between frame and housing ) which will bend 'reasonably' easily, and of 20mm bore? BIG THANKS if you can help.

Double blast. Things gone from bad to worse. Thanks for taking time to respond but seem to be in need of much more than I had anticipated. Time for either complete renovation or breaking.
