Hi all , i have just purchased a pair of avon storm ultra 2s for my zephyr 11000 on gettin them i noticed the front tyre has a very pointy profile to the tyre anyone else noticed this with the storm 2s ? and how does this make the handling? i have used avons on my last blade etc and they were awesome . just was curious as they seem v pointy lol oh then again could be i have an 18inch front . cheers ben |

Hi Ben I run the storm 2 ultras on my zx636 c1h and also had them on my cbr600 before that. I have run all different types of tyers over the years and the storm 2's are by far the best. They offer great feedback stick to the road like glue and the bike handles like a dream plus good milage. I wouldn't have said they where pointy they have a lot more rounded profile then other tyres i've used. Hope this helps. Cheers Rick |

thanks rick , i also used the viper sports range on my blade but never the storms , but avon defo do a very good all round tyre . cheers for the reply ben |
