Heard that a rear shock from a ZX-6R is a good transplant for the inferior stock shock on my Z750S. Splitting hairs? Maybe? Do you think the '07 is a significant improvement over the '06 or would either suffice equally? Those who have ridden both, Chime In! |

Hi mate from what I've read there isn't much difference between 06 and 07 the main difference is a stiffer swing arm on the 07 the suspension is pretty much the same |

wha\t you need is to get your shock re sprung and forks done to suit the shock the other option is a zx10 shock , its a better unit than the zx 6 one tho that is an improvement on the standard shock , mine has been resprung and the fork oil uprated and it makes a huge difference to the bike oh yeah i have an 04 and it looks better in my opinion to the later ones and front forks are easier to sort out and improve Edited by andy-750, Jul 16 2010, 07:59 PM.
