just started to restore a zxr 750 h1, just wondering does anyone know what way the fairings fit in at the front as i have noticed that when you close them tight at the bottem they are rubbing on the exhaust and the e xhaust is causing the paint to bubble. and is there also ment to be a V-panel that fits between the two fairings at the front under the oil cooler?

also could anyone recommend a better rear shock than the origonal?

cheers

You might be better off finding an original Kawasaki manual. It'll cost but will be worth it in the long run. Personally I find the Haynes manuals vague to say the least!

BTW, Hagon do rear shocks. Give their website a look. I think they're about £250.

Gary.
