Hello big wide world  Is anyone up for a ride out with a newbie to 'big' bikes. Been on the road (in a steel can) since 1986. Back on two wheels 12 months ago and got Cat A(DAS) middle of December. ZZR1100-C2 should be on the road in JAN. I come from Wigan area.

Im not that far away from you, just in St Helens... Spend a lot of time in Garswood, so even closer to Wigan :) Im always up for going out for a blast, thats if its not wet out there and you dont mind riding with a girl :) Will even bring my side kick with me, although he doesnt have a Kwak, he's a Yammy Boy :) |

 Good news Just been told the fairing should be with me on Tue(22-01-08) Only ordered it 15-12-07  that was fast.Next step....MOT Leandra have you seen the other guy from wigan ( mikehollis49 ). When I get on the road, the 3(4 with your other half) of us should get together for a run

Hi to one and all  Good news people  She's on the road Got her back from MOT at 10:30, B-line for the Post Office to get the tax. Had to do it, took her for a quick 'burn' (2 hours later) came back with a grin from ear to ear  All we need now is good weather for good rides

this sounds to be the place for me here. this ride out, im sat ere now on my comp looking out of the window, perfect for a nice ride out today. In fact, think thats what my plans are going to be. a little pre-summer ride out. lol. anybody plannin any ride-outs, ill be there with ya if i aint already got plans that is. hopefully meet up with you all soon.

Hi, I agree we should arrange a meet up and a ride out somewhere. I would suggest meeting at a local pub first and arrange something from there. the Prince William at the top of Ashurst Beacon dont seem to mind bikes. Let me know what you all think and maybe we can do it |

Hi Guys. Sounds good to me. How about Saturday/Sunday (16/17). It's been a while since I've been up to Ashurst beacon (20-odd years). Let me know how to get there and at what time. Remember----- go easy on me, only done about 300 miles(going to work and back(A580/M61 to Salford)). Went to see my instructor today and He took me to Rivy Barn, ram jam packed with fellow bikers. Anyway, let me know

Unfortunately work commitments mean the next few weekends are tied up, however a trip up to Rivington and the surrounding areas at the end of the month would be good or if a few of you fancy an evening pub meet let me know. |

How much more gutted can you get, did a check of my bike just before i left this mornin only to find my tax disc had gone missing. either some thieving so an so has taken it or it fell off the last time i was out riding. i was gonna be heading upto rivi myself today and a nice leisurly ride over the west penine moors. instead i ended up cleaning my back yard.!! Im with you Kev, ive not a clue where ashes beacon is so maybe we could meet up in wigan and both get lost finding our way. im pretty much booked up all next weekend. Saturdays are a no no for me as well, that is until the rugby season finishes as i play rugby on saturday afternoon. |
