Hello to all. Are there any Vulcan 900 LT riders here? I just purchased my first bike last Friday and I am loving the bike especially the ride.

I just got my LT a couple of weeks ago and I like it. I've never ridin' with a windscreen before and maybe I was expecting less wind, but now it seems to come up from my legs and up the front of my body. I thought with the screen being so huge that it would block almost all the wind, but it really doesn't. Another big concern I have is that on long rides my right leg goes numb. Almost feels like the seat cuts off circulation in the groin area. Other than those two things I love the bike and it was a good purchase for me as a newbie. Now I'm just waiting for Vaince and Hines to come up with some cool long straight shots.

Hello fellow riders. Here's an update so far on my ride and experience...I've been riding my bike to and from work depending on the rain forecast. So far, I have about 2900 miles on my bike which I purchased last August. I am closing in for my next oil change and I will be doing this on my own. By spring of next year, I will have to take in my bike for service for its 4k maintenance...but I am sure that I will go over that mile marker before March of 2007.
