I started riding in 1969-70 on a little 65cc Honda my Dad bought. Thanks to him, we graduated to many different Kawasakis, as they were the hottest item at the time. Since I was in school, he did all the buying. I learned trail riding on a street legal dirt 250 Kaw, then tried hill climbing on the 350 Bighorn. Later Kaw came out with the 350 trials version which didn't have quite as much power, as I recall. The 500 was next, and I remember the shop owner showing me how many were wrecked, awaiting repair in his back room. I think ours maxed out at 120mph or so and fortunately I am still in one piece to talk about it (at 20, one feels invincible). In '74, it was the 750 Mach IV H2B, which came with stock pipes, but for some reason we acquired a 3-in-to-one expansion chamber -- very loud. Still have the 750. Finally, came the '76 KZ900 which also still belongs to me. In the late 70's, my brother got a KX250 that I never got to ride, but currently sits in my garage. The bikes were stored in the early 80's and I haven't ridden since. I have joined this forum because it is time to sell the two smaller bikes, and get the 900 ready for the street again. Since I have been out of riding for so long, I am not sure about the market for these bikes, so any advice appreciated.

I would imagine the 750 Mach IV would be rather collectable, especially here in the UK.
