Ive got an ER6-N 2006.

Sounds awsome when its opened up, but really %$£! when on tick over.

Just wondering if there was anyway to remove the baffle fromk the exhaust??

I dont know whehter i would actually ride it like that but would love to hear what it sounds like without any silencer in!

[I][COLOR=blue]only one thing for it Gaz........The can has had its day. Go get a nice one that sounds great all the time. If you dont you will find yourself riding faster all the time just to hear the roar :711

Yeah basically the only way to make the stock exhaust sound better is to start drilling holes in it or ripping it open to remove the catalytic converter etc... neither of which I'd really advise. I got myself a Scorpion can and really like the burble it gives the bike, thought there are plenty of options out there. Only drawback is that you're looking at around £180-£200 for a aftermarket can.
