Advice please:

I am unable to remove the spark plug/s, I have a 12mm spark plug wrench but just cant get to the top of the plug/s, is there a special wrench required.

The bike details are as follows:

Kawasaki KLE500 1992

The tool comes with the bike toolkit, but seeing as yours is 16 years old it has no doubt gone walkies.

You need a socket that has a thin wall to clear the recess the plugs sit in. Or get a cheap box spanner or socket and grind it down.

It will be the same tool as for a GPz500 if you are looking on fleabay for one.

Yes Doebag I agree with you....... I had the same problem with my first GPZ500s so I went to my local dealership and bought one of those cheap spark plug spanners (the box type with swivel wire handle)...removed the handle, filed off the edges until it would fit into the recess and then used a socket and wrench on top...worked a treat :D
