just just wondering about a k+n air filter for my 2004 b1h, does it do it any good?

i.e. speed changes, accleration?

ive heard it does damage to air intake?

anyone got one?

Hi Luce, not fitted one to any recent bike but once used them on a four cylinder Benelli on which I had to richen the mixture and balance the carbs.
However modern fuel injected bikes have the ecu which compensates for changes in the mixture.
if you want to fit one then I would do it at the same time as changing the end can and for peace of mind have it set up on a dyno.
As for damaging the airbox that sounds like b*****ks to me.
As I have previously said when answering these things, if it blows up dont blame me.
