Here is an update on solving the wind problem with the 900 classic. This solution is not for the faint of heart, it take some nerve.

What i noticed was the windshield was flat and there was little tilt. I taught of sereral options and sometimes the solution is right in front of you, and it was.

Using a buddy i pushed on the sides of the windshield every so gently, increasing the curve to the windshield, at the same time this also increased the tilt, this pressure must be applied to the bracket location were it meets the windshield. I then took a measuring tape ensuring i hade equal distance from my handlebars, on both sides. I just came from a ride and there was a noticeable decrease in the amount of wind comming around the windshield.

My next thing will be to install the wind deflectors on the front shocks, they cost around $124.00, will have them in 7 days from the dealership.

The tempertaure is 14 degrees here today, t shirt weather.
