thanx for the info but no joy there and ive also come across another problem got enginre running but there has been no oil feed to the head is this a common problem any idea where i would get another head / engine :256

depending where you are local bike breakers for ya bits, if memory serves the 250 scorpion should fit the ltd,getting rare motors now tho! :lkl

Hi, the Z250ltd is a single Scorpion is a twin!, the engine is much the same as the Z200 oil to the head is not aproblem so you have a oilway blockage or worn out pump! check the oil strainer is clear from debris and flush through,the oil filters are small on these so this may also be compacted that would reduce pressure, i think though not certain a Z200 head or KLR250 head will fit, hope that helps kozzy
