I need your advice

I have just got myself a kwak ninja f3 600cc

I need a new front tyre, i was told that i should replace both at the same time. but back tyre is fine. could i just replace the front? Does it really matter

As long as the rear has legal amount of tread,nothing to stop you from getting only a front tyre.
There are places that do tyre deals,usually a front and two rears or a set of front and back at good prices.You get tyres at a fraction of the cost and the rear one will always be there when you need it.

I used to be a courier and very rarely replaced both tyres simultaneously.Two things I did do tho':made sure they were the same make/model and took it steady 'til the releasing agent had worn off!
