hi i have just brough a 250 KLR its a J reg and got 20,000miles on the clock the bike is in good nick but it will not go i have don all the normel stuff to make it go but no look ,{it starts ok run,s ok but will not go aboth 50mph and rev aboth 8 grand so can any one help please thanks MARTIN

If you haven't already opened and cleaned the air box & filter (or replaced if they are or the paper type), then clean the carb bowl and jets.
