is there an easy way to do this?

i also got pulled over for doing 30mph in a 60 the other day, cos i revved it to high so they thought i was speeding! damn pigs lol.

you might have a height adjustment on your rear shock,i think u can get too it by taking seat off then on top of shock should b a screw where u can lower the bike,i have a zx9r that has one, good luck. i used to go into 30mph limits in 1st gear reving high so everyone thought i was going quicker than i was it was funny. :693

Luce, you can get something called "dog bones" that fit on the rear shock or Hagon can do you a lower monoshock, though you need to specify how much lower you want the bike to be.The maximum, I think is 2 inches.

does anyone have a diagram of how to lower the bike?

the mechanic who is doing the work for me, a closed said the handling on the back end will be dodgy, is this right?

luce :lol :fdq

In order to keep the geometry and therefore, the handling of the bike, what you do to the rear should be done at the front. This would mean dropping the forks through the yokes a bit.
