Hi,
New to the forum, I am after a bit of advice please. Just bought a brand new 6f, which I am loving. I used to own a GSX 600f which had low bars, and am finding the 6f a bit high on the bar side, and was wondering if anyone has replaced their stock bars with after market ones which are a bit lower. I am worried about the clearance on the fairing and tank. Any advice would be much appreciated.

The US fora have quite a list of alternative bars. SM, I think are the favorites. I'm pretty sure that google will find you options over here.
The forks can be dropped through the yolks and clip ons fitted above the top yolk. Unless you want to drop the forks to alter the steering geometry I wouldn't recommend this. Clip ons below the yolk need new bodywork.
I found the bike more comfortable and the handling improved by raising the seat an inch - I'm 5'7" - and that made the bars effectively an inch lower.
A DB screen is high on my list, because at anything over about 90 the airflow hits under my helmet and tries to rip it off.
