I have recently got hold of a KLX250B1 and I'm having trouble getting parts. I bought it as a runner, but would like to get it back as new. The piston in it is .50 oversized and the ring gap in the bore is about 2mm. Not sure if it's worn too much so decided to price up a rebore. Pistons discontinued was the answer.
Does anybody know for definate where I could get a pattern piston?
I also need a set of shockers. These should be 460mm pin to pin. The ones on it are Monroe. Emailed them to be told "Monroe don't make shocks for bikes". Must be fabulous copies then :rolleyes:
Any help would be much appreciated so I can get it up and running again.
