Here's a non-motorcycle tip... Don't use Virgin media!
I used to be a Comtel customer. They were ok, plenty of channels and a reasonable price, NTL took over. Again good service, and plenty of channels for the price. Then Virgin
took over, they added a service which I did not ask for, and they added another £5. because I pay cash Then they also added another £25 for no good reason which I managed to get
off the bill as they said it was an error.If I'd had a D.D. with them, they would have just taken the money streight from my account. This has happened in the past, which is why
I don't use banks, they aren't as safe as my wallet, which is chained to my leather jeans.
They also took off some channels I already had.
I complained about the charge, and the fact they had added a service, so they took most of the TV channels I had, leaving nothing much except Eurosport. I complained again and
they told me they no longer do UK Gold and many other unles you updateto digital. This was a lie, I know because for 1hour lasst week I got all the channels, movies, UK Gold
even all the Sky Sport channel, ok, it only worked for an hour, but that was long enough to know that they lied to me over the phone.
This week I got bill, and again they over charged me, so I'm sacking them!

I don't feel so bad now... Even here in the States we have Cox cable that is Evil incarnate with the same stuff. Hope it all pans out for you!

I'm back. At least for a while and I'll return again when I get the new phone line.
I've still had trouble getting rid of Virgin, I told them I no longer wanted to do anything them back in Aug 20th, Still they carry on sending bills and threats of court action. The fact they broke the aggreement doesn't seem to mean much to them, so looks like I'll be seeing them in court.
As wizz no runs adverts for them anymore, I'll come back helping with the mechanics corner, as soon as I get the new phone.
