I have been in contact with Kawasaki this week to discuss the price of a new drive belt on an EN500 / Vulcan. Shocked to discover list price is £236 plus VAT. I know these things cost around £50 to make, so why the high mark up?
Kawasaki have told me that if I can send them enough emails of support for a price reduction they will seriously look at dropping that price.
