Title: Z650 F1
Description: valve stem oil seals

ZST - May 27, 2007 07:50 PM (GMT)
Please can anyone tell me if its possible to change the valve stem oil seals on a 1980 F1 Z650 without removing the head?
If so what special tools are required.
If i do have to remove the head, is there anything else i should especually check/replace whilst the head is off?

REPLACE ANY GASKETS THAT YOU DISTURB AND WATCH OUT FOR O-RINGS ON DOWELS.WHILE YOU'RE IN THERE,CHECK THE VALVE CLEARANCES.IT'LL SAVE YOU FROM HAVING TO DO IT ALL AGAIN.
